One-of-a-kind French Coin Into Every Piece

Each Frenchy piece starts with an authentic reforged French Coin.

Our Handcrafted Process

Each piece goes through four essential stages which make up the DNA of FRENCHY:

For our creations, we use two types of authentic remanufactured coins: Lindauer coins, used between the years 1917 to 1939, and the new francs, originally manufactured from the 1960s until the transition to the euro.

Using the original molds of the 1900s from the Monnaie de Paris, meticulous work is necessary during the recasting process so that each coin gains a new and uniform appearance.

To ensure our coins longevity, we use three types of plating: 925g micron silver, 3 micron 24 carat gold, and a matte black coating.

Our pieces are then handcrafted in a small workshop in the Southwest of France, in Hossegor.
